We need a plant supervisor who must have full knowledge of PVC plant, HDPE plant, also machines how to start them while its needed and also have knowledge of QC & know about MFI check, thickness check while its needed and maintenance not done by himself this work get done by someone like maintenance team and have knowledge their utilities he have to know about them very well. These all requirement needed in a plant supervisor.
